Celebrating a 10 year anniversary is a real achievement for any businesses but at DJ Pools Limited the focus has stayed with the customer. Having grown over the last 10 years from a two man business to 15 staff today it has continued to stay dedicated to its principles as a family owned business with family values.
DJ Pools is a fully West Australian owned and operated business, selling both new and refurbished pools. Its pools come in a range of styles and colours, with a variety of culture and shimmer finishes for their clients to choose from. It also sells a wide range of pool and spa accessories, and can offer an ongoing pool spa maintenance service to their clients.
DJ Pools co-owner Doreen says the business has continued to grow through its clients and one-of-a-kind customer service. “The majority of our work comes through word of mouth and that’s because we listen to our clients and understand what they’re looking for.”
DJ Pools also sell spas and with more than 10 different models. Its spas range from four-seater through to a ten-seater spas in a range of colours. It can also offer clients the choice of where to place the spa fittings, making pools and spas to your desired health requirements. It also has free site checks for pool installation within the metropolitan area and do cater for country clients inquiries.
With a complete service, DJ Pools offers a wide range of new and refurbished pools, in-ground repairs, resprays and relocations. It also has a complete servicing and maintenance program for any of its pools and spas. DJ’s provides its clients with handover booklets which contain helpful information on maintaining pools and spas.
Offering quality products, Doreen says most customers are still looking to find value for money when buying their pool or spa. “Our clients are mainly families (but not limited to) whom are wanting to cater for their kids. But they’re still looking to have quality in their price range and want to enhance the value of their home.”
Looking after its customer’s needs, DJ Pools will continue to grow within a confident market and provide some of the best swimming options in WA.
