Q1).     Why are you so much cheaper?

• DJ Pools Pty Ltd is Factory direct to client.  We deal directly with the client, giving us an advantage of lower overhead costs.

Q2).     Do you have a show room or display centre?

• No. DJ Pools Pty Ltd does not have a show room or display centre.  Our products can be viewed at our Factory in Neerabup.  The advantage of this is clients can see the depths, feel the strength and know what they will be purchasing.

Q3).     What is the quality of your pools?

• DJ Pools Pty Ltd builds their pools using 100% resin.  No filled resins are used.  Our Gelcoats and resins are supplied by Fibreglass International (a division of Nuplex industries).  Fibreglass International is a world leader in Gelcoat and Resin technology.

Q4).     Is DJ Pools Pty Ltd a member of SPASA?

• Yes DJ Pools Pty Ltd is a member of SPASA.  We use SPASA contracts for our clients and the contracts give all the information regarding warranties and payment schedules. This means that we supply the exact same warranties as any other swimming pool company who may be a member of SPASA because we all use the same contracts.  We are bound by the SPASA code of Ethics.

Q5).     De we use contractors?

• No we don’t.  All of our processes are done in-house.  DJ Pools Pty Ltd does everything from site inspection, sales, right through to building and installing your pool.  We are a one stop shop so you can be safe in the knowledge that the people you talk to are the people who care.

Q6).     Why do I need a site inspection?

• As our prices are set on a flat level sandy site, it is beneficial for both you the client along with our installers to know that your site is suitable to have a swimming pool.  With a site inspection you will be informed upfront if there is any thing that may change the situation.  This will give you peace of mind in the knowledge that you will not be charged anything that you are unaware of.  Honesty to our clients is paramount.

Q7).     Who owns DJ Pools Pty Ltd?

• DJ Pools Pty Ltd is owned by Darrel and Jason.  Darrel and Jason are both hands on in the company.  Both Darrel and Jason deal directly with clients and are involved in all installations.  So you can rest assured that the people who own and run the business are the people you talk with.
